Roseville has a new apartment community that offers a different take on traditional apartment living in Placer County.

Estia Roseville, located at 6350 Baseline Road, features 209 one- and two-bedroom rental homes designed to combine the convenience of apartment living with the feel of a single-family neighborhood. The community opened in April.

Unlike traditional apartment complexes, every residence at Estia Roseville is a single-level home with its own private entrance. Chris Dickinson, a representative for Estia Roseville, said residents have no neighbors living above or below them and share, at most, one wall with another home.

Each home includes an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, modern finishes, a private fenced backyard and a built-in dog door.

Dickinson said the community was intentionally designed with pet owners in mind.

“Every home includes a private fenced backyard and a built-in dog door,” Dickinson said. “The community also features a dog park and pet washing station.”

In addition to pet-friendly amenities, the community offers a resort-style swimming pool and spa, a clubhouse and gathering spaces, a 24-hour fitness center and yoga studio, pedestrian connections throughout the property and professionally managed maintenance and operations within a gated community.

Dickinson said the project allows residents to enjoy the flexibility of renting while avoiding many of the maintenance responsibilities associated with homeownership.
