69th annual Sacramento Begonia Show and Sale

See hundreds of begonias in bloom at this beautiful judged flower show. In addition, more than 1,000 unusual plants – most priced at $9 – will be offered for sale.
Workshop: Rose propagation

Learn how to make new rose bushes from cuttings, clipped from the cemetery’s world famous collection of old garden roses. Participants will learn how to choose the best plant material, take cuttings and get them to root. Take home some cuttings, too.

See six Sacramento gardens that make food part of beautiful landscapes that are good enough to eat. Master gardeners will be stationed at each garden to answer questions. Organized by Soroptimist of Sacramento, this tour benefits Chicks in Crisis and Wellspring Women’s Center.
