70th annual Sacramento Rose Show

Where: Shepard Garden and Arts Center, 3330 McKinley Blvd., Sacramento

When: 1-5 p.m. Saturday, April 28

Highlights: See hundreds of roses at their best in this large show, presented by the Sacramento Rose Society. Learn about rose care and find a new favorite flower. Take home some home-grown cut roses, too.
