Water-wise tip: Get a rebate

Streamlining its rebate process in order to help residents start saving now, the state Department of Water Resources launched two rebate programs. One offers $2 per square foot for replacement of turf (living or brown) with water-wise landscaping. The other offers a $100 rebate for inefficient toilets.
