▪ West Sacramento tree recycling
Where: Yolo County Landfill, 44090 County Road 28H
When: 6:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday
Cost: Free drop-off
Details: West Sacramento residents can recycle Christmas trees in one of three ways: Drop it off at the landfill, cut it into small enough sections to fit inside the waste cart, or bundle 3-foot sections and place them next to the waste cart on scheduled service day. When: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, through Jan. 31
