Flowers of winter take spotlight

A week before Sacramento’s camellia celebration, Folsom hosts its own event. Greg Gayton of Green Acres Nursery and Supply (11 a.m.) will be the featured speaker. Members of the public may bring up to five of their own camellia blooms to display, beginning at 9:30 a.m. In addition, camellia experts will be on hand to identify flowers and offer advice.
64th annual Pacific Orchid Expo
