At the SPCA: Frankie

Meet Frankie, a 14-pound, 10-year-old female Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix.

Frankie has been at the Sacramento SPCA since May, but that hasn’t turned Ms. Frankie into Ms. Cranky; every time you see this girl she is all smiles.

Frankie loves going for walks almost as much as she loves snuggling. Frankie needs to be placed in a home that has no cats.
