At the SPCA: Buddy needs a home

Meet Buddy. He’s a 2-year-old English bulldog. Buddy is irresistible. And true to form for his breed, Buddy’s more likely to sleep on someone’s lap than chase a ball around the yard.

He’s a bit shy when it comes to loud noises, sudden movements, and strange surroundings, but he makes up for it by walking well on leash and flashing what might just be an award-winning smile.

Buddy’s adoption fee is $100. Come visit him at the Sacramento SPCA, 6201 Florin Perkins Road, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday or at www.sspca.org.
