At the SPCA: Pepper needs a home

When Pepper, a 1-year-old terrier mix, first came into our shelter, he was a bit shy but his personality has shined through! Spend a little time with him and you will discover a happy, playful little dog. His long legs are made for running, and his face will melt your heart. Once he is done playing he becomes your lap buddy and loves being petted. Pepper may do well with another friendly dog, but doesn't like the company of cats. Come on down to the Sacramento SPCA and spend some time with this sweet boy. If you are 65 years old or older, we will waive Pepper’s $100 adoption fee.
