See health violations at Sacramento County restaurants on this interactive map for April

The Sacramento County Environmental Management Department regularly inspects 5,000 restaurants, bars, food trucks, grocery stores and other businesses that serve food to make sure health and safety standards are upheld. This includes the preventing food contamination, practicing good hygiene and having proper plumbing.

You can see if your favorite restaurant passed, previously closed or conditionally passed, meaning the restaurant had to quickly fix a violation and go through re-inspection, with the interactive map below.

The data, provided by Sacramento County EMD, was last updated on April 10.

If you recently visited a food-serving business in Sacramento County and noticed potential health violations, you can call 916-875-4311 or 311, or submit an online complaint service request on Sacramento County 311 Connect.
