And after more than 2,300 responses, the votes are in.

Here’s are the best breakfast spots in Sacramento, readers say:

FLAPJACKS DINER

2721 El Camino Ave, Sacramento

FlapJacks Diner serves breakfast and lunch including waffles, burgers, shakes and more. The diner is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

It gained 365 votes or 16%.

NOPALITOS SOUTHWESTERN CAFE

5530 H Street

Nopalitos Southwestern Cafe serves southwestern-inspired breakfast and lunch including breakfast burritos, corn meal mush, polenta, nachos, tacos and more. The cafe is open 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

It gained 245 votes or 11%

BACON & BUTTER

Bacon & Butter serves breakfast sandwiches and burritos, biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, omelets, pastries, cocktails, coffee and more.

Bacon and Butter is open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

The restaurant is open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Saturday.

It gained 174 votes or 7%.
