Shake Shack’s second area location will open in Roseville’s Westfield Galleria mall on Monday, a company spokesperson confirmed to The Sacramento Bee.

The New York-based fast food chain will open in the mall’s second-floor food court at 11 a.m. Though the menu will be slightly pared down compared to standalone stores, it will still have all the items for which Shake Shack is known, including all-Angus beef hamburgers, crinkle-cut fries, hot dogs and “concretes,” a frozen custard dessert.

“The Galleria at Roseville Shack is an exciting expansion of our Sacramento footprint,” Shake Shack chief development officer Andrew McCaughan said in a prepared statement. “We are looking forward to serving our roadside burgers and shakes to the Galleria’s guests with a heightened emphasis on safety and hospitality.”

The mall’s food court is open for indoor dining at 25% capacity under new Placer County guidelines, with ordering available in-person or through Shake Shack’s app. Shake Shack will also have three dedicated pick-up parking spots on the promenade parking garage’s first floor.

Shake Shack’s much-hyped midtown Sacramento location opened to long lines in the Ice Blocks development in June. Founded as a Manhattan hot dog cart by famed restaurateur Danny Meyer in 2001, Shake Shack now has 20 locations across California and more than 280 worldwide.

Shake Shack will donate one meal to Kids First, a child abuse prevention nonprofit in Roseville and Auburn, for every order placed Monday. The Westfield Galleria location will be open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
