See which retailers have best Black Friday deals, including two offering 66 percent off

With Thanksgiving coming next week, the holiday shopping season is near.

Some retailers will begin their Black Friday deals early. In fact, Sears and Kmart are already offering deals throughout their stores.

So where can customers find the best discounts? A national analysis can help with that.

According to a WalletHub study of 35 retailers, seven of them are offering average discounts of 50 percent or more, but some of those companies don’t have stores in California.

Leading the way is Kohl’s. Its 66.32 percent average discount is more than 8 percent better than last year, according to the report. JCPenney is second, at 66.3 percent.

Other notable retailers offering Black Friday deals include Macy’s (an average of 45.6 percent), Amazon (36.8 percent), Target (36.2 percent), Lowe’s (33 percent) and Best Buy (30 percent). See the full list here.

WalletHub, a site which specializes in credit reports, used data from BlackFriday.com and surveyed nearly 10,000 deals to conduct its study.
