West Sacramento is getting a new Quick Quack. Here’s how to get free car washes

The new Quick Quack in West Sacramento is offering free car washes starting on Wednesday in celebration of its grand opening.

Travis Kimball, the CEO of Quick Quack Car Wash, announced the new establishment on Tuesday. He said the free car washes would extend 12 days after Wednesday, adding that the first five cars in line that morning will get free washes for a year.

There will also be a “kickoff” for unlimited car wash membership with Quick Quack, Kimball said. These memberships have special perks, including a foam wash, bug breakdown, and a wheel and tire shine, according to Quick Quack’s website.

“That’s really what people love about Quick Quack,” Kimball said. “Besides an amazing, fun car wash experience to get your car clean, there’s free vacuums, towels, air hoses and all of that.”

The new car wash is located at 752 Ikea Court. It is across from the Ikea, within Riverpoint Marketplace and neighbors the Eureka Dental Group.

Quick Quack describes itself as an “environmentally friendly and sustainable business,” on its website. Alongside the car wash opening on Wednesday, the car wash also has EV charging stations.

There are currently 39 Quick Quack car washes in the Sacramento area, with three in West Sacramento, Kimball said. The other two West Sacramento locations are at 645 Harbor Blvd and 2260 Lake Washington Blvd.

Quick Quack, which is headquartered in Roseville, was founded in 2004. The first location was in Sacramento, according to the car wash’s website. There are more than 300 Quick Quack locations nationwide.
