This new map shows how home prices have changed in every Sacramento-area neighborhood
Real estate prices in the Sacramento area over the past year have gone in a direction that makes buyers groan: up, up and up.
According to new data showing price jumps from July 2020 to July 2021, median home prices in some ZIP codes in the region have jumped by nearly 60% compared to last year. In one ZIP code, 95991, which includes Yuba City, home prices have soared by a whopping 93.42%, according to the data from Redfin, a real estate brokerage.
