New interactive map shows the latest home values for every Sacramento region ZIP code
The average home price in the Sacramento area is in record territory.
By some measures, the typical home in the region costs well above $600,000. Sacramento real estate appraiser and market analyst Ryan Lundquist’s data show that the median price hit $620,000 in March, an 18% increase over last year.
“In short,” Lundquist said, “the March stats were stunning.”

This updated map shows the average home value in nearly every ZIP code between Davis and the Sierra foothills. The data was analyzed by national real estate giant Zillow.
