Plumas Lake and Olivehurst, two growing communities in southern Yuba County, had some of March’s biggest real estate value jumps in the Sacramento region.

The median home value in the region was up roughly 20% in March compared to the same time last year, according to new data from Zillow. Every ZIP code in the region saw increases, topped by the Yuba County “exurbs” about 25 miles north of downtown Sacramento.

The interactive map below, updated with data from March, shows how much the median home value has gone up for most communities in the area, from Dixon to South Lake Tahoe.

Data was incomplete for some ZIP codes, most of which are sparsely populated.
