The highest residential sale ever recorded in Pebble Beach, along the Central Coast, stands at $45 million, according to a representative of Sotheby’s.

“Gem Cove” is located on two lots on a 2.24-acre, oceanfront parcel adjacent to The Lodge at Pebble Beach. The property also takes in views of Stillwater Cove, Carmel Beach and Point Lobos.
