The data gathered was compiled by OnlyGuider, an independent OnlyFans search engine. The company released an OnlyFans Wrapped 2025 report, breaking down spending from state-to-state, territories, cities and counties.
Along with overall spending per state, OnlyGuider broke down the amount spent per 10,000 people in an area and ranked areas per capita and general national ranking.

In terms of raw total dollars spent, California came in at the top of the nationwide list, with $350.6 million dollars spent on OnlyFans in 2025, according to OnlyGuider.
