The 95823 ZIP code in south Sacramento surpassed Rancho Cordova’s 95670 for the most cases of coronavirus in Sacramento County, according to the county health department’s’s breakdown of weekly new cases by ZIP code released on June 29. Galt and Elk Grove also saw surges, as 762 new cases were reported in the county over the course of the week.
