Good morning. Here’s what you need to know today:

Rain, rain, gone away: No need for the umbrella today. Temperatures should jump up 10 degrees Thursday as the little rainstorm that dampened Sacramento has moved on its way. The high is expected to reach 76 degrees in Sacramento under sunny skies.

Murder charge: Yolo County prosecutors are now charging Samantha Lee Green with murder in the death of her baby in February.
