Woman dies after Rio Linda vehicle accident causes car to burst into flames
A woman is dead Friday after an accident in which the vehicle burst into flames in Rio Linda, according to witness reports to the California Highway Patrol.
She was alone in the car and driving fast when she struck a bump and collided with a tree, according to the CHP. Moments after the collision, the fire erupted.
The crash happened along U Street near Rio Linda Boulevard, according to Fox40.
