CHP Silver Alert canceled in nine California counties after missing Calaveras County man located

Authorities in Calaveras County on Thursday found a 70-year-old man missing since Tuesday who suffers from medical conditions.

The man was last seen about 10:30 p.m. Independence and Railroad Flat roads in Calaveras County, according to the California Highway Patrol. Authorities believe he was wearing a black Harley Davidson shirt and blue jeans.

The CHP issued a Silver Alert in the man’s disappearance for Calaveras, Tuolumne, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Stanislaus, Amador, Alpine, El Dorado and Placer counties. They said Thursday afternoon he had been found.
