Pedestrian struck by vehicle, seriously injured on Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento
A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening in Sacramento’s North City Farms area, police said.
Officers responded around 7 p.m. to the area of Franklin Boulevard and 26th Avenue, Sacramento Police Department spokesman Officer Ryan Woo said.
A pedestrian who had been struck in that area was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to Woo. The driver remained at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation. No arrests have been made, Woo said.
