Roadway fatality

A 27-year-old woman was killed Friday night in a crash involving a pair of trucks in Yuba County, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The woman, identified only as being from El Dorado Hills, was driving south about 6:45 p.m. on New York Flat Road in the Forbestown area in a gray 1990 Ford F-250 when she and the driver of a green 1999 Ford F-150, 44-year-old Jonathan Jordan, collided, according to a news release from the CHP.
