Downtown Sacramento received .18 inches of rain on Sunday, data from the National Weather Service shows.
Dakari Anderson, a meteorologist with the service, said that the greater Sacramento area got substantial rain, accumulating from 0.45 inches to over an inch outside of the capital city.

According to the latest forecasts, there’s a 20% chance of showers on Wednesday night and a small chance of rain on Thursday night. The possibility of rain continues throughout Friday and into Saturday.
