Dave’s Hot Chicken is giving away free food. Here’s how to get some in Sacramento area
Popular fast-casual chain Dave’s Hot Chicken is giving away free sandwiches at locations across the United States — including its Sacramento-area restaurants.
The Los Angeles-based, known for its Nashville-style fried chicken tenders, will serve up no-cost sliders at a total of 230 locations on Thursday, Oct. 24.
Why? Dave’s Hot Chicken is celebrating the birthday of Canadian singer and rapper Drake, who’s an investor in the chain.
“Drake is hooking everyone up with a Dave’s Hot Chicken Slider on him,” Dave’s Hot Chicken said in a news release.
When is Dave’s Hot Chicken giving away food?
Customers can grab free sliders at all Dave’s Hot Chicken locations across the nation on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
According to the chain, the slider is “really a full-sized sandwich” and includes crispy fried chicken, secret sauce, pickles and slaw.
How can I get a free sandwich in Sacramento area?
To take advantage of the giveaway, customers must download the Dave’s Hot Chicken app.
