Motorist dies in solo wreck on Yolo-Solano county line, CHP Woodland says
A motorist was killed in a car crash Thursday on the Yolo-Solano county line, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP’s Woodland office said the single-car wreck happened about 10:31 a.m. on County Road 152 east of Levee Road in unincorporated Yolano. Investigators determined the driver lost control of the vehicle while traveling east on County Road 152 and crashed into a fence. The vehicle then overturned and the driver was ejected, said CHP officials.
The crash remains under investigation. The driver’s identity was expected to be released by Yolo County Coroner’s Office once family was notified.
