Planning a Valentine’s Day dinner? These Sacramento restaurants are serving up romantic meals

Valentine’s Day is nearly here.

Whether you’re looking for an affordable romantic meal or an upscale dining experience, restaurants across Sacramento are serving special dishes for Valentine’s Day.

Here’s some of the restaurants offering curated menus for the most romantic day of the year:

Where to dine on Valentine’s Day in Sacramento

These are some of the Sacramento-area restaurants offering special menus on and around Valentine’s Day:

Mexican restaurant chain Chevys Fresh Mex, which has locations in Sacramento, Roseville and Elk Grove, is offering a “Sweetheart Menu for Two” from Monday, Feb. 10, to Monday, Feb. 17.

For $60, you can get a three-course meal, including a champagne toast, an individual starter and entree and a shared dessert.

Ella Dining Room and Bar, 1131 K St. in Sacramento, is serving up a prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day. For $175 per person, the upscale eatery is offering a four-course meal, a caviar amuse bouche and a bottle of champagne per couple.

For an additional $85 per person, dinner comes with a wine pairing for each course.

Fox & Goose Public House, 1001 R St. in downtown Sacramento, is offering a special four-course, prix fixe menu for two on Feb. 14. The $60-per-person dinner includes cheddar-chive mini scones as an appetizer, followed by a choice of soup or salad, an individual entree and a shared dessert.

The restaurant is also offering “specialty pricing” on bottles of wine during dinner, it said.

Jet’s Midtown, 1226 20th St. in Sacramento, is hosting a two-hour dinner for Valentine’s Day that includes a three-course meal, a complimentary drink and live jazz music. You can book tickets for bar seating at $64.80 per person or dining room seating at $84.01 per person.

The restaurant has seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Burger chain Red Robin, which has multiple locations in the Sacramento area, serving its “Lovebird Combo” fromThursday, Feb. 13, to Sunday, Feb. 16.

For as low as $34.99, you can get two burgers from a select list and two bottomless sides. Certain burgers have a $3 additional charge.

According to the Red Robin website, patrons can redeem the offer by mentioning the Lovebird Combo to a waiter.

The Rind Sacramento, 1801 L St. in Sacramento, has a special Valentine’s Day menu. For $80 per person, you can indulge in four courses and a glass of sparkling rosé at the cheese and wine bar.

The Virgin Sturgeon, 1577 Garden Highway in Sacramento, is hosting a first-come, first-serve dinner service on Valentine’s Day.

The restaurant’s holiday menu, available from 5 to 9 p.m. on Feb. 14, includes individually priced entrees ranging from $18 to $40. Menu items include a mushroom cheeseburger, lasagna, stuffed jumbo prawns and filet mignon.

Willow Restaurant and Bar, 1006 Fourth St. in Sacramento, is hosting its Valentine’s Day dinner on Friday, Feb. 14, and Saturday, Feb. 15.

The $175-per-person menu offers six Italian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

As of Friday, Feb. 7, the restaurant had limited Valentine’s Day reservations, with many more spots open during the weekend.
