Roseville police investigating fatal motorcycle crash on Blue Oaks Drive

Roseville police continued their investigation Monday into a collision that killed a motorcyclist over the weekend.

The crash occurred shortly before 5:30 p.m. Sunday on Blue Oaks Drive near Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard, according to a Roseville police spokesperson.

Officers said the motorcycle rider was taken to Sutter Roseville Medical Center, where he later died. The Placer County Coroner’s Office identified him Monday as Zackary Wilson, 32.

The driver of the black SUV involved in the crash was not injured and cooperated with officers at the scene, police said.

Investigators said the cause of the crash remained under review, but drugs and alcohol did not appear to be factors.
