Bath & Body Works is opening new fragrance shop in Sacramento area. Here’s where
Bath & Body Works is adding a new location in the Sacramento area.
The popular retail chain will open on Bell Road in Auburn, according to Placer County and the Sacramento Business Journal.
This will be Bath & Body Works’ first location in Auburn, and the chain’s 17th store in the Sacramento region.

What is Bath & Body Works?
Founded in 1990 in New Albany, Ohio, Bath & Body Works has grown to become a “global leader in personal care and home fragrance,” according to its site.
There are more than 1,850 company-operated locations in the U.S. and Canada and more than 485 international franchised locations.
“Our deep-rooted passion for fragrance is what sets us apart,” Gina Boswell, CEO of Bath & Body Works, said in a message on the company’s site. “It’s why for more than 30 years, we’ve been a global leader in our industry, giving our customers a reason to celebrate with fragrance every day.
Where is new store near Sacramento?
Bath & Body Works will open at 2775 Bell Road in Auburn, according to a permit filed with Placer County.
The 4,070-square-foot store is located next to BevMo liquor store and near a Rite Aid drugstore, according to Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis Group, a global real estate company.
It’s part of the Rock Creek Plaza shopping center at the southeast corner of Highway 49 and Bell Road.
The Sacramento Bee reached out to Bath & Body Works and CBRE Group to find out a projected opening date for the new store.
As of Monday, May 5, representatives had yet to respond to requests for comment.
What’s for sale at Auburn fragrance shop?
Bath & Body Works sells a variety of fragrance and wellness-based products including body sprays, candles, lotions and hand sanitizers, according to its website.
Additionally, the company sells laundry care products, plug-in air fresheners and diffusers, as well as men’s body care including cologne and body wash.
