Placer County Sheriff’s Office recovers victim from Northern California river
The Placer County Sheriff’s Office recovered a body Sunday from the American River.
The person, who the sheriff’s office called a drowning victim, has not been identified, the Sheriff’s Office said on social media.
“Our thoughts are with the victim’s loved ones during this difficult time,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
