A popular Roseville shopping destination is getting a fresh wave of entertainment and retail options.

New leasing plans for the Fountains at Roseville, located at 1013 Galleria Boulevard, show that Escapology — an international escape room franchise — is planning to open its first local venue at the center, alongside women’s fashion retailers Evereve and Brighton.

A spokesperson for the Fountains confirmed all three brands are slated to join the open-air mall, though timelines have not yet been finalized.

Here’s what to know about the incoming businesses:

What is Escapology?

Escapology is a Florida-founded escape room company that’s expanded to more than 90 locations .

The Roseville location will span about 5,300 square feet and feature up to 10 themed escape rooms.

Other Escapology locations feature rooms with themes like a sabotaged submarine mission (Under Pressure), a haunted manor murder mystery and a race to stop a bioweapon release.

Which other stores are coming?

Evereve, a Minnesota-based women’s clothing retailer, is also slated to open a location at the Fountains. The company operates more than 100 stores nationwide, including seven in California. The Roseville store will be its first in the Sacramento region.

Brighton, another planned addition to the Fountains, specializes in fashion accessories such as jewelry, handbags, belts and footwear.

The brand operates stores across the country, including two in the Sacramento area — one at Sacramento International Airport and another at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville, located across the street from the Fountains.

The Galleria store is listed as temporarily closed on Brighton’s website.
