28-year-old autistic man is missing near south Sacramento, according to officials

A 28-year-old south Sacramento man is missing, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said Julius Alford was last seen leaving a residence in the 7600 block of Harmony Oaks Way in the Vineyard neighborhood on foot around noon Sunday, wearing a red hoodie and black jeans.

He was described as about 5-foot-11 and 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said the man was considered at risk because he is autistic.

The department asked anyone with information to call the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office at 916-874-5115.
