Federal: Closed

County: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo offices closed
City offices: Closed
Courts: State and federal courts closed
Post offices: Closed
Banks: Closed
EDUCATION
Libraries: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo branches closed
Schools: Closed
Colleges: Closed
SANITATION
Regular curbside schedule in El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove, Folsom, Roseville, Sacramento city, Sacramento County and areas served by Recology Auburn Placer. One-day delay in Davis, West Sacramento, Winters and Woodland.
TRANSPORTATION
Parking: Meters enforced
Rail service: Regional Transit light rail will operate on holiday/Sunday schedule. Amtrak and BART will run on Saturday schedules. Caltrain is operating as normal.
Sacramento County: Regional Transit buses and Paratransit operating on holiday schedules. South County Transit, e-train, Delta Breeze and Folsom Stage Line are not in service.
El Dorado County: County Transit is not in service. BlueGo is operating as normal.
Placer County: Lincoln Transit, Placer County Transit and Tahoe Area Regional Transit buses are operating as normal. Roseville Commuter buses are on holiday schedules. Placer Commuter Express buses are not in service.
Yolo County: Yolobus will operate limited routes: Only routes 35, 39, 40, 41, 42A/B, 210, 211, 212, 214, 215, 216. Unitrans is operating on weekend service.
