A man who lived in Sacramento as recently as last year has been arrested in connection with the killing of his boyfriend in San Francisco.

Othman Al-Muttalaby, also known as Alkoraishie Ali, was arrested on suspicion of murder Tuesday after 48-year-old Keith Harris was found dead with multiple stab wounds. Authorities had been searching for Al-Muttalaby, 26, since Nov. 2 after a welfare check turned up Harris’ blood-soaked corpse.

Al-Muttalaby’s Facebook profile lists an education in fitness and physical therapy at American River College followed by jobs as a personal trainer and go-go dancer. He also worked as a gay erotic film actor under the name “Ali Liam.”

The San Francisco Sheriff’s Department told the Bay Area Reporter, a media publication serving LGBT communities, that Al-Muttalaby was being treated for an unspecified injury at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
