Man killed in West Sacramento shooting was from Fairfield
The Yolo County Coroner’s Office has identified the man killed in a shooting near the West Sacramento Community Church on Wednesday night.
Errik Sanchez, 35, of Fairfield was killed after being hit by a single bullet near the 1000 block of West Capitol Avenue around 11 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A special investigative unit is handling the investigation, but police have no suspects.
