Sacramento men arrested after fleeing from prostitution sting in Roseville, police say
The Roseville Police Department announced the arrest of two Sacramento men who are accused of fleeing from police after being caught in a prostitution sting Sunday.
According to police spokesman Officer Rob Baquerra, Rosevile detectives scheduled “dates” with two women at a hotel on the 100 block of North Sunrise Avenue, where they were dropped off by two men, who parked their car in a nearby parking lot. Police say the women were apprehended once they entered the hotel room.
Police say that when they approached the vehicle occupied by Parris Roseman, 19, and Isa Hutcheson, 18, the pair fled in their vehicle. According to a news release, the pursuit ended when their vehicle crashed into the front yard of a home on Palatia Drive.
The suspects were not injured and able to exit the vehicle unassisted, police said. According to the release, the two were booked into South Placer Jail on multiple charges, including pandering, conspiracy to commit a crime and evading police.
Baquerra said the investigation was carried out as part of Operation Reclaim and Rebuild, which is conducted every January as part of Human Trafficking Awareness Month and involves more than 50 law enforcement agencies.
