Sacramento County Sheriff’s officials say two suspects have been arrested but a third is outstanding and sought in connection with a deadly shooting late last month at a North Highlands house party.

Darren Saucier-Crocket, 19, of Sacramento has an active arrest warrant out for murder in relation to the shooting, which took place at a “large” party in the early hours of July 26 in the 6100 block of Coil Court, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Wednesday morning.

The department also announced the arrests of Joshua Martinez, 19, and Elias Higgins, 18, both Sacramento residents. They each face murder charges and are in custody at the Sacramento County jail, booking records show.

The victim, identified as 22-year-old Isaiah Chappell of Oakland, was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead July 27, according to the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
