Roseville Police investigating after finding dead body in a parked vehicle

For the second time in a week, Roseville Police are investigating after a person was found dead in a vehicle. The two cases do not appear to be related.

On Wednesday, a body was found at the intersection of Blue Oaks Boulevard and Roseville Parkway after a passersby tried to make contact with the person in the car and found the person unresponsive, police said via social media post.

The cause of death is unknown and there is no current suspicion of foul play, according to authorities. Police said the incident appears to be isolated.

This is the second dead body found in a vehicle in Roseville this week. On Monday, authorities said they found a body in a car that was parked in an area that was the site of a grass fire. That investigation is ongoing.
