Boy and woman injured in shooting on Broadway in Sacramento, police say
A boy and a woman were shot and injured Wednesday night on Broadway in Sacramento’s Oak Park neighborhood, police said.
Officers responded to the 4000 block of Broadway shortly after 10 p.m. following reports of a shooting, where they found “a male juvenile and female adult, both suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds,” Sacramento Police Department spokesman Officer Chad Lewis said.
No arrests have been made in the shooting, and no suspect description was available.
The shooting investigation is ongoing, Lewis said.
