Man earns 14-year term in sex assault of young girl, Sacramento County prosecutors announce
A man was sentenced to 14 years in prison after pleading to four counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, according to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
From approximately April 10, 2018, to Nov. 1, 2020, Doua Xiong engaged in acts of sexual conduct with a young girl when she was between the ages of 5 and 7, prosecutors said in a news release.
