Sacramento police ask public to help find missing 13-year-old girl considered at risk

The Sacramento Police Department on Wednesday afternoon asked the public to help find a missing 13-year-old girl who is considered at risk because of her age.

Jovanna Serente was last seen on Monday at a home in the area of Creeks Edge Way in south Sacramento. Police said the teen may be in the city’s Meadowview area.

Police described the girl as 5-feet-2 and weighing about 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair in a dreadlock hairstyle. The teen was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue pajama pants.

Investigators asked anyone with information about this missing girl to call the Police Department at 916-808-5471.
