There were no passengers in the vehicle, and no other vehicles were involved in the crash, police said. The department’s Major Accident Response Team was investigating the fatal crash.

The other driver remained on scene, and no arrests had been made, police said. The department’s Major Accident Response Team was investigating the cause of the crash.
