CHP looking for third vehicle in crash that killed four in Fair Oaks

The California Highway Patrol believes a third vehicle may have been involved in a collision that killed four people last month in Fair Oaks.

The CHP is asking for help in finding the driver and the vehicle related to the fatal head-on crash. The CHP is not yet releasing any description of the third vehicle.

All four victims of a fatal head-on vehicle crash last month in Fair Oaks have now been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office.

Judy Guzman, 33, of Sacramento, Brianna Rodriguez, 20, of Antelope, Michael Rodriguez, 35 of Carmichael and Daniel A. Figueroa, 24, of Sacramento died when their 1992 Buick LeSabre ran head-on into another car at 1:30 a.m. Dec. 26 and burst into flames on San Juan Avenue at Palm Avenue in Fair Oaks. The driver of the Buick survived and has not been identified.

The driver of the other car, a 2003 Subaru Outback, also survived. He was identified as David Mazur, 26, of Citrus Heights. A toxicology test concluded that Mazur did not have alcohol in his system, according to the California Highway Patrol.
