Domestic violence suspect barricaded in Citrus Heights residence

The Citrus Heights Police Department reports that there is a barricaded person, a domestic violence suspect, inside a residence near the 6000 block of Birdcage Street.

Police had advised area residents to shelter in place, but that was later lifted.
