Sacramento deputies need help finding missing 11 year old

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department needs help to find a runaway child who left his home after a disagreement a parent.

Jamar Owens, 11, is considered at-risk because of his youth.

Jamar went missing from his home near Renick Way and Madison Avenue. He was last seen about 11 p.m. Sunday.

After a disagreement with a parent, he was told to go outside his home. When his parent checked on him, he was nowhere to be seen.

Jamar is a black child with black hair and brown eyes. He is five feet tall and weighs 90 pounds.

Jamar was last seen wearing a green shirt and blue jean shorts.
