Lucky slot machine player wins life-changing jackpot from iconic Las Vegas casino
The Venetian Resort draws many travelers in with its romantic gondola rides, Italian-themed architecture, artwork and massive casino floors.
One anonymous visitor won a life-changing prize from a slot machine Nov. 21 at The Palazzo, which is part of the resort, the hotel said in a Facebook post.
Now, the gambler is $1,027,979.30 richer.
The player sat at a Dragon Link machine in the high-limit gaming lounge, bet $50 and hit spin.
The visitor watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.
“Big Race meets big win!” the hotel said in the post.
The Venetian Resort includes two Italian-themed towers The Venetian and The Palazzo. Both properties have separate casinos, hotels and restaurants.
The resort is a tribute to Venice, Italy, and it’s in the center of the Strip.
