This south Sacramento County road will close for railroad maintenance. Here’s where and when
Parts of Calvine Road will close for the weekend, as a part of railroad maintenance, the Sacramento County Department of Transportation announced Thursday.
Starting 7 a.m. Saturday, Calvine Road at the Union Pacific railroad tracks, west of Vintage Park Drive will be closed. The road will reopen 4 p.m. Sunday.
Travelers are advised to take a detour south in Elk Grove to Power Inn Road, Sheldon Road and Elk Grove Florin Road.
