Soar over Lake Tahoe mountains and see what early first dusting of snow looks like
Lake Tahoe mountains got their first dusting of snow ahead of the 2023-24 ski season.
Palisades Tahoe sent a drone over the slopes in anticipation of the coming opening day Nov. 22. In a few weeks, snowmaking will begin, the ski resort said.

Rain fell throughout the Sacramento area on Tuesday evening, and more precipitation may be on the way.
